OCZ Premier ok for mobile xp?

Fry's current has the 1GB dual channel kit OCZ premier for $160 AR. Would this RAM be ok for overclocking? I'm getting a 2600+ mobile with NF7-S mobo. The timings on this ram are 2.5-3-3-7 I believe. I'm not looking to push my CPU to its limits since this is my first overclock. I'd be pretty satisfied with 2.4-2.5Ghz on air cooling. I also do not care about having the best possible memory bandwidth =P I guess another question I have is whether the 1GB is necessary or if I could just dual channel with 2 sticks of 256MB? considering that it is 40 bucks cheaper than anything i see on newegg with even cl3 (not even counting shipping) I would say go for it

but do this not expecting 230+ overclocks because it either has older samsung or the ch-x winbond stuff if i had to guess (which still isn't too bad for this price)

looks pretty cool and if it has timings of 2-3-3-7 or better by default spd thats a plus

It looks kinda like this stuff, but i noticed the color is different on the heatspreaders so it might be an older model they are trying to sell off

if you don't need "the best overclockage M3M0RY pown yazzz !!" then that price you are looking at could be considered better than anything on pricewatch if they have it in stock

I got this stuff today. It works fine with my 2400+ mobile and NF7-S, I'm running it at 210FSB right now, at 2.5-3-3-7, 2.6V. Later I might try for higher. It comes with copper heatspreaders. Considering the price, I'd go for it and get the gig.
