OCZ Platinum vs OCZ SLI-Ready

Last night I placed an order on newegg for my new PC build. I chose a 4gb kit of OCZ SLI-Ready DDR2 800 memory for it but now I'm having doubts. I will be using a P43 motherboard so I will not be able to take advantage of the special Nvidia features like EPP. Today I noticed that newegg also has a 4gb kit of OCZ Platinum for about the same price ($4 cheaper actually). My question is, is there any difference between the OCZ Platinum and the OCZ SLI-Ready memories besides the fact that one has Nvidia settings built into it? Would I have been better off going with the Platinum or does it make no difference? Here are the links to the chips:

Thanks in advance!

There shouldn't be too much of a difference between the two at all. You might notice it when you are trying to overclock.

I do not plan on overclocking but maybe after I get everything set up I'll look into it... Any idea which of the two would be better for overclocking?
