Ive seen SO many posts with people saying they are having problems that i thought it only be fair to even it out some. Here is my rig:

AMD FX-55 @ 3.0
2X512 OCZ Platinum Rev.2 @ 550 1T
DFI Ultra-D @ 275 fsb
6800GT Flashed to 420/1150
X-Connect 500watt psu
21'' Sony Trinitron monitor
Logitech Z-680 500watt 5.1

Oh, and for the record.....after i read the review on Anandtech of the Ultra-D, i went ahead and brought my memory to DDR620 at 1T with 2.5-4-3-7 as my timmings and at 2.8V. I ran memtest for an hour with no errors. I think people might be having problems and are blaming the memory for every thing. How is it that i can run my memory all day every day at 550 1T with no problems, and some people cant even run stock? I think the problem is something other than the memory. Thats my 2 cents.

Tripp...I agree. I have the same memory and have taken my board to 250 with 3-3-3-10 1T timings and not had a problem at all. This was done at 2.7v on my Neo2. Love this memory.

If something works ok for you it doesn't mean that it will always work for others. People much more experienced than you and me combined, will tell you that when building a system diffrent people can have diffrent results even with similar components. And there can never be identical components - take your cpu and ram for example. Other people might have diffrent cpu memory controllers and tccd weeks/pcbs. And even if we had identical components, diffrent people have diffrent settings like mhz, latencies to suit their needs.
Currently people having problem with this motherboard/ram combination are many and I believe more (in percentage) than you and... anandtech (this reminds me of msi neo2 and crucial ballistix!). I'm glad your setup works fine congratulations really!, but don't critisize other people that have problems.

Im not critisizing people having problems at all, im just balancing things out, thats all. People are posting problems with this memory, and im posting praises. If given the oppertunity to buy TCCD memory again, i would definatly buy this OCZ Platinum Rev.2 without question. Its the best. Im sure people are gonna have problems, but what is to say that its the ram. What if they have a bad MB or something. Or a cheap PSU? Im sure there will be cases where the memory is bad, but i think its few and far between. I think i can honesty say that this is the best memory on the planet right now. Thats a huge statement to say. So, people are posting that they are having problems and i am simply balancing it out for the people who arent having problems so that people who are on the "fence" on what memory to buy can see that there are also people who have this board and memory and are having the times of there lives with it. I see nothing wrong with that.

Oh, and so you know......Its pretty safe to say that anyone can have this memory at 500 ddr at 2.5-3-3-7 with 2.8 voltage. People need to remember that the minimum voltage for this memory is 2.65.
