Is it possible to OC my RAMS to something like 230 (DRAM frequency)?
so the FSB and DRAM frequency ratio can be 1:1 (current FSB setting is 230)

3.0e
P4c800 delx.
OCZ DDR400 Enhanced latency (dual ch. 512 each)

Thing is my MB BIOS wont let me, it only has options of 266, 333 and 400

Can som1 help me?

for your memory to run at 1:1 with that board you need to set it at 400. Then with your fsb at 230, your memory will be at 230.

400=1:1
320=5:4
266=3:2

btw, raise your vdimm voltage to the 2.85max that the mobo allows. But even that may not be enough unless you are lucky :( Now if you do the vdimm mod on that board you could raise the vdimm up to about 3.2 and do better. Or do the vdimm mod and the 3.3v mod on the psu and really raise the vdimm :D
