OCZ PC3200 256MB: Performance vs EL

Please tell me which of the above is recommended? They cost basically the same. The EL seems to have better specs, but I don't know if there's a catch or something.
 
Welcome to the forums. Try asking in General Hardware instead - MANY more people read GH than HT so you'll get an answer faster (and this question doesn't fit under the "Highly Technical" forum rules 😉).
