Ok, I bought the OCZ PC3000 ram (I know not the best choice), but anyway when I put it in, 3dmark or any game for the matter crashes immediatley when it trys to run. I put my old ram back in and that works fine. Is there a Bios setting suck as the timings that needs to be changed. Any help would be appreciated.

Motherboard: FIC AD11
CPU: AMD 1.33@1.59
Sound card: Audigy
Video: Geforce 2 GTS
Memory: 512meg OCZ PC3000 ....dont work yet 🙁

How fast were you running the memory? If you're trying to run it at PC2700/PC3000 speeds be sure the CAS (latency) settings are at 3.

This may sound trivial however does your MB support large sticks of ram? Have you set your BIOS to SPD in the memory settings. Underclock your ram and run benchmark. Try running both sticks on your MB at very conservative settings. Good luck.
