OCZ PC2-6400 rev. 2 readings on CPU-Z?

I have an Asus P5N-E Sli, I purchased the OCZ DDR2-800.. under CPU-Z program, the frequency shows 400.0 mhz, isn't it suppose to be 800mhz? How can I set those frequency? This is the spec I see under memory using CPU-Z
Frequency: 400 mhz
FSBRAM 2:3
CAS:4
RAS to CAS:4
RAS Precharge:4
Tras: 15 clocks
Trc: 22 clocks
Command rate : 2T

400 is correct. it's ddr2-800.

Drop the Tras and Trc to 12's and the Command rate to 1T.
