OCZ PC2-4300 (266) Room for improvement

I have a set of OCZ-VALUE-PRO ( specs below)
And I also have an Gigabyte board that has the ability to automatically Overclock the system by pushing the FSB up to +20%

This hardware controlled automatic Overclock, are related with the CPU load.

The point is that the memory falls short to follow at +20% FSB , and the memory testing utilities detects errors .

I did try to upper the memory voltage ( named 1.8V modules) up to 2V ,
and it did helped up to one point.

But instead of giving more voltage , I prefer to set higher latency .
But I do not know what values will help to loose, the less performance possible .

The worst scenario for this modules are to operate at 5-5-5-14 (667)
Than 5-4-4-12 ( 533) .
The most irritating thing , are that those OCZ modules has stickers as 4-4-4-12 , but the true SPD its 5-4-4-12 .

Every idea is welcome.

You need to set your memory timings in the BIOS to specifications. Your not going to see a difference with their timings. gl

Thanks friend..

Just tested the 5-5-5-12 1.9V for an hour with Memtest86+ ,
Did two passes, rock solid ..

I will try to lower the voltage to default 1.8V and test again.

The PC-4300 has true Mhz frequency the 133MHz ,
on my tests it looks that this 20% boost can push it to 155Mhz .

I am not hunting any crazy OC , I just need to be able to run a bit faster on load.
