OCZ overclock and 1T/divider issue

Hi, I am trying to overclock this Opteron 165 CPU on a Lanparty NF4 with 2 Gb of OCZ PC-4000 gold EL RAM (2 piece).

So far I have 300 FSB, 9 multiplier, 5/6 divider for RAM, 1.45 V for CPU voltage.

This way the RAM runs at 2T timings, I tried setting it to 1T and the system does not boot (I get no video) or it continuously beeps long (RAM issue?).

Does anybody know what might be going on?

Many thanks!

How about if I wanted to have 4 Gig of RAM by using 4 1Gb sticks? Therefore all slots have to be used, would that work?

Would the timings go to 2T when using 4 sicks?

THANKS!
