OCZ or G Skill 2x1gb kit?

I've had problems with Corsair Value Select ram and my DFI mobo. The memory dividers are very flaky with any bios, I think it's the ram.

Some people say G Skill is good, and some say OCZ is the way to go. I can get the G Skill DDR500 for $158 off of newegg, or the OCZ DDR 400 Platinum for $195 with a $40 rebate.

If the OCZ will be much better, I'll get it, I just really hate rebates.

Just bought OCZ PC4000 from outpost.com for $189.99 w/ a $40 rebate, they were actually $4 cheaper than I originally thought. 😀 😀 😀
