PC-3200 1GB (2x512MB) DDR 400MHz CL2.0
TWINX1024-3200C2PT
(CL 2-3-3-6)

2. OCZ OCZ4001024PDC-K 1Gb EL DDR PC3200 PREMIER SERIES DC KIT
OCZ4001024PDC-K
(CL 2.5-3-3-7)

Since when getting a pair of RAM this tough?
Oh well, I guess I've been out of hardware scene too long.

Anyway, after spending several hours, I found these two PC3200 dual channel memories
that meets my budget (Both are CDN $125).

I have P4 2.6C and Asus P4P800 mainboard and plan to overclock it.

Can anyone recommand me which one I should go for?

Well, just do a search for reviews. Everything I've read says they're both really good ram, and depending on what bios you have on that asus, you can probably up the RAM voltage to 2.85v, and both should be able to handle that.

Personally I'd go with OCZ since there's a thread you can post asking about specific settings over in CPU/Processors/Overclocking, but the Corsair has better stock timings.

I use both, my older Corsair is CL3, OCZ is CL2. Got a better deal on OCZ, maybe price dropped?

I would definitely pick the Corsair. CL2!
