form has been submitted." Does this mean that if I send in the rebate I lose my 3-year Warranty?

your 3 year warranty was never with Newegg.

Newegg is just saying that if you send in the rebate, you can't return the powersupply back to them. If, however, it still breaks down within 3 years, OCZ will cover it and give you a new one.

Your warranty is still there, but only for replacements. Newegg doesn't want you sending in the rebate, getting it back and then getting a refund for the power supply.
