I've had my OCZ modstream power supply for about 6 months, and the voltages have always been somewhat off.. the +12v is at 11.5 most of the time, the +5v is at 5.11 and the 3.3v is at 3.46. Recently I've been randomly freezing, I can't do anything, it just seems like my system has an issue with memory, processor, motherboard, or powersupply, I just don't really know what the reason could be. I am running an MSI K8T Neo2-F, AMD 64 3000+, 2x512 pc-3200 geil value ram, a samsung 120 gb SATA II hard drive, and an msi 6600gt. All software is updated, my motherboard bios is updated, everything is up to date. My CPU is at 30'C and my system is at 44'C, with winamp playing, and bittorrent downloading. I just randomly get freezes, and its actually usually when winamp is open for some reason. I uninstalled winamp and reinstalled it, but it didn't change anything

what do you mean your system is at 44'C? I have a CPU temperature of 44'C and a case temperature of 32'C.

If your getting your voltage readings from software, software isn't very reliable, you need to use a multimeter to get accurate voltages. Have you run memtest to test your memory? What do you have for a soundcard? If it's a creative card, they are known for having all kinds of driver issues.

Creative Cards use to kick my ass all the time. I have Realtek onboard sound and if i dont disable in the bios all i get soundwise is beeps and skips and a low bass hummmmm... pfft. Oh ya, and a freeze here and there playing games. Not to mention every sound gets repeated twice in the games as well. Although double shotgun echo in doom 3 is kinda cool... :S
