One of my sticks has currntly burnt out agian and its a pc3200 gold vx 2x512. I have called ocz tech support and they said they will replace the sticks and upgrade to the gold memory. I have looked on newegg and it seems my sticks are more exspensive then the one he wants to upgrade me. Should I rma them and have him upgrade them or rma them and keep the ones I got.

What are you running your sticks at?? I say stay with the VX.

What's your system config? DFI? LoL. Come on. don't abuse your VX, learn the limits.

DFI Ultra-D overvolts, especially if you're using the 5V jumper.

3.3 in BIOS gives me 3.41 on meter. Turnong off the 0.03v boost gives me about 3.38. I was wondering why I could hit 260mhz with only "3.3" lol.

I'm not sure about the 3.3 rail, but it should be more stable. Also for UTT ram like VX you should use the yellow slots. AngryGames himself says so, and he uses yellow for ALL ram.

Gold is not a model. It's a series. Actually the VX model is the part of the Gold series as well.

I was sure it went something like OCZ EL PCxxxx VX Gold or something. Isn't VX and Gold the same?
