Any opinions on OCZ Performance Series PC-3500 Link?

I was going to go with the Mushkin Level One Dual Pack, but it went from $215 yesterday to $265 today at Monarch Computers.

It will be used with a NF7-S and Mobile 2500+

I have the 3700EL and the stuff is GREAT. Runs at 2-3-3-6 all the way up to 230mhz, and I bought it off the NewEgg refurb section.

I'd go for it, though you may want to get yourself 3700 and up for headrooms sake. Those few extra bucks buy you quite a bit of performance if you OC.

The CPU Magazine Spring Modding Edition had a great article comparing lot's of ram. They gave the high-end OCZ stuff a pretty good review. Topped only by the Corsair Platinum, I believe. The real winner was the Corsair Value RAM which was cheap and outclocked most of the memory (even the "performance" stuff) in the review for half the price.

OCZ used to ripoff enthusiests like us by mislabeling and selling overclocked RAM. Considering how many other choices are out there, I know I feel I'm better off sending my money to someone like Corsair, Crucial, Mushkin, even Kingston.

Agreed. And don't forget the "99% silver" compound which it turns out actually contained NO silver. Another OCZ quality product.
