OCZ memory question

Posted my bad experiences with Corsair XMS in another thread, but I want to talk about OCZ here, specifically.

I'm looking at one of two sets:
This guy - OCZ5001024ELDCGER2

and

This guy - OCZ5001024ELDCGEVX

Thing is, my mobo (Shuttle SN25P stock) can only give the ram 2.9v. Per OCZ's documentation, the second stick (VX) is only CL2 at PC3200, not PC4000 as the listing would imply. Who knows what its spec is at PC4000!

I'm *leaning* towards the first, as it's product page very clearly shows that it's CL2.5 at PC4000 and only needs 2.8v to do that.

Thoughts?
