OCZ memory question

I am thinking about getting the following the memory with a DFI SLI motherboard.

I'm sure it's good memory, but I would put your money in the video card. Memory prices are down right now, and even some name brands are selling for about half what that ocz costs. Fry's has had several 1 gig dual channel packs for $150 or less after rebate. Some close to $100.
