OCZ EL Plat Rev. 2

Hi all,

I'm currently running a 2.4C@3.4 on an ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe /w 512MB OCZ PC-3500 Plat LE (BH5). I'd like to upgrade to a gig, but it's nearly impossible to find any more of the OCZ BH5. I intend to sell my current RAM, and I'm looking at buying 2x512 of the newer Rev. 2 Plats.

For those of you that have some of this stuff, what kind of performance can I expect? Will it do, for instance, DDR500 @2-2-2-5, 1:1, /w 2.85v? If not, how about 5:4? Would I be better off relaxing the timings a bit for a higher OC?

I'm really curious to hear from anyone that's using a 2.4C with some of this RAM.

this ram, like most tccd, will top out at 220 at 2-2-2-5.

although, with 2.5-3-3-5, your good up to 270-280+

although, you can get the VX stuff, which is RATED at 250fsb, 2-2-2-5. this stuff REQUIRES a voltage of 3.3v i believe
