Mixing and matching RAM is always sketchy since the RAM can be using different IC's and the SPD can be programmed to different speeds and latencies. If you want to try, I would boot up with the PC3200 RAM and set the timings to 3-3-3-8-2T, shut down, and then add in the PC4000 RAM to see if it will boot with all 4 sticks in.
 
you know...the more i think about it im just going to buy the g.skill that matches my current ram...

Its fast, its stable. and will hit 300 with out skipping a beat

the only thing im not thrilled about is having to run the 4 gigs at 2t instead of 1t...but if i can get the timings low then it might not be too bad.
