Well, ive got an Opteron 148@ 3006mhz, a DFI LAN PARTY UT NF4 ULTRA-D, 2x512 OCZ GOLD EDITION DDR 400 2-2-2-5
Im running the memory at 250mhz 3.6v (to much vdimm?) and they doesnt pass over 8% of mem test.....douh!..
an when I want to go above 255mhz (relaxing latencies to 2.5-3-3-7) the system hangs on...

could any one help me?

That's pretty high for vdimm. Those sticks are rated at 2.8v. Do you have a fan blowing air over them? 3.6v would generate a ton of heat and some of those errors you are getting can very well be heat related.

You should put a fan over the memory if you are going over 3.0v on the memory. That's a lot of voltage, which would produce a lot of heat.

As for your second sentence...I have no clue what that means.

Anyways, it could be that your sticks won't overclock to 250. They are only rated for 200 anyways.
