ocz ddr2 533 3-2-2-8 or crucial ddr2 667 4-4-4-10?

i know the ocz has alot less latency but it only runs at 533 i read at toms hardware with my mobo and my p4 3.4 lga 775 i can unlock the cpu and change the multiplier from 18 to 14. with the crucial ddr 667 i can hit a 1066 fsb and get the ram to 710mhz. so which memory should i buy? and with the dual cores coming soon i would still be able to use the crucial if i upgrade for a 1066 fsb? but would the performance of the ocz outweigh all this crapola?
