OCZ DDR PC-3200 Rev 2

I'm planning to get 2 sticks of 256MB OCZ DDR PC-3200 Rev 2. Here is description for this memory on ocz:

On the bottom of the description, it reads This product is not guaranteed to work at CAS 2 in two modules load. Does it mean it will not work well in dual channel mode at CAS 2? Should I just get "OCZ 400 512ELDC-K PC3200 DDR 512MB EL Dual Channel Kit" instead?? And what does ECC registered mean?

I have this exact memory, and it does indeed run at cas 2 in dual channel mode - but at 3-3-8 on a nforce2 board, not the 2-2-6 it ran at on a KT400 mobo.

How's the performance? Are there any difference from single memory stick?
