i dont have a clue. but hence the word booster, it should give the thing a "boost". in what? performance? temperature? latencies(similar to performance)?again i dont have a clue. you can basically say im neffing this sob.
It makes you possible to increase the amount of power to your memory for more stable extreme overclock, in case your motherboard can't give it juice enough.

It takes one of your DDR slots on a compatible motherboard (many are compatible) and modifies the voltage coming in to all the other DIMM slots up to 3.8V +- whatever your particular motherboard's adjustment range is. Very handy - I'm looking to pick one up meself
