Looking to go 2GB for a while and now DDR is falling to reasonable pricing.

Is this kit good? Page @ Newegg

I am running a AMD San Diego 4000+ @ 2830MHz (283x10)

Thanks

That's a great kit; I had that paired w/ my AMD and it was stable as heck with tight timings. I've always had good luck with OCZ rebates and buying from NewEgg.

I just sold that kit and i hated to see it go, but I moved to a DDR2 setup. You'll note that I went the DDR2 version of the same kit.

The sticks mentioned do not use TCCx. TCCx does not come in sufficient density to make 1GB modules, only 256 or 512. Not to mention that TCCx has been discontinued since 1H of 2006.

They are good sticks, average overclocks in the 225 - 235 range, with some hitting as much as 250.

What's the best memory now for DDR in 1GBx2 flavor?
