OCZ B-Stock Modstream 450W?

Hey guys, NCIX currently has the OCZ B-Stock Modstream 450W for $3 after MIR.

The Canadian website has a different version than the U.S. website in that the Canadian version of the B-stock is not a refurb (or is that an omission?)

So I'm getting this for an ultra low budget PC build that will be doing nothing stressful, the most stressful thing being AutoCad 2010

Will this fail on me in a few years?

Have you, OP, never wondered why OCZ has so many refurbished power supplies for sale at so many on-line and B&M sellers? I know Newegg, ZZF, Amazon, MicroCenter, Fry's, SVC, ewiz, and a host of other sellers, are frequently flooded with OCZ refurb'd power supplies....almost seems like a never ending supply of them.

And, yes, anything made by humans can and will fail, but OCZ sure does seem to have more than their fair share.
