OCZ ARC 100 240G in RAID 0

If I get two of these drives cheaper than one 480G drive, should I run them RAID0 for my Windows OS drive? I thought about using one for OS and other for games, etc., but I don't really like having separate drives for my programs and OS. Another option is JBOD, but why do that instead of RAID 0? I backup my data every few days, so drive failure is not the end of the world. Would you say RAID 0 SSD's are more or less likely to fail than a regular non-RAID 7200rpm HD?

Are there any issues with RAID 0 and the ARC 100 that I should be aware of like TRIM support?

Failure chances and failure modes may be different than a single drive, so there isn't a good apples to apples comparison. For example, you might clear the BIOS after a bad OC, have no RAID visible, and end up with lots of fun trying to recover it, all with no drive problems at all.

If you don't fuss about in your motherboard setup much, RAID 0 should be fine, beyond the obvious issues. Just back up anything important...but, you should do that without the RAID 0, too.

If I clear the Bios after a bad OC, shouldn't I just be able to set it back to RAID 0 and have it work. Or would changing it back to RAID 0 from the default kill the data on the drive?

Another question. Can I just make a system image from a single drive and restore it to a RAID 0, or will Windows freak out? How about from RAID 0 to single drive?

You should, but if you make such an image, definitely restore it right after you create it, to make sure that it works.
