OCZ AMD Black edition help!!!

I have an m4n68t-m motherboard with ddr3 ram and an amd phenom II x4 925 processor. will the amd black edition be compatible with my motherboard? .
need an answer urgently

Got a link to the RAM? I'd probably say yes man. If it's DDR3 and fast enough for the processor/board it'll work...
