OCZ Agility 3 60GB vs 64GB

OCZ sells two models
AGT3-25SAT3-60G
and
AGT3-25SAT3-64G

What is the difference between the two?
I'm guessing that the 60GB will give 55,7GB formatted, so the other 59,7GB?
Performance and reliability is the same?

Both perform about the same.

Agility uses an inferior type of nand memory chips inside so they are generally slow drives.

You might want to look for a $79 Vertex3 / Samsung830 in the 120/128GB sizes.

Much better IMO. twice the size and better speed- also a great value.

60GB Sandforce and 64GB Indilix or the opposite?

I know that Agility 3 uses asynchronous ONFI 1.0 and Vertex 3 uses synchronous ONFI 2.x
But i want one for my old laptop that has SATA2 show i don't think that i will make that much difference.

Agility 3 is Sandforce 2nd-gen no matter what the NAND size is.

I think that the difference is that the SSD with less capacity, is using more for spare area, because it is using a smaller feature-size NAND.

Actually, Agility 4 is Marvell, but with a custom Indilinx firmware.

Is there a problem replacing a 2.5" HDD with a 2.5" SSD dimension wise in a laptop (Acer Aspire 5739G-744G50Mn)?
Creating partitions (probably two) is agood or bad idea on SSDs?
