OCZ 30gb Vertex help with upgrading firmware

Alright guys, I need your help.

I'm on Windows 7 32-bit with a P35 Intel chipset, about to move onto a P55 chipset. But before I switch motherboards, I want to upgrade my firmware for my OCZ 30gb Vertex to 1.4 then to 1.5 to get TRIM support. I am currently on 1.3 (No TRIM).

I have both the 1.4 and 1.5 firmwares in ISO format. Do I just burn these onto a CD and boot from it or does it require further instructions? Thanks for any help as I've been reading the OCZ forums for a couple of days now and am still confused with some of it.
