I have narrowed my choices down to these two sticks. Which one would be good for overclocking?

I have it. It hasn't let me down. Infact, I had 2 1 gig sticks. I just ordered another 2 512's to run everything in dual channel. Cant wait for it to get here tomarrow!

My OCZ Plat Rev 2 runs at 475 4-4-4-15 with 2.1 V. I am not going higher until I improve some cooling.

Which CPU/mobo are you using and what OC are you trying to hit?

I am using a Pentium D 930 and Asus P5WD2 motherboard. Not much of a stellar setup but I purchased the computer along with an Antec Neo 550W PS, ATI X1900GT, and Zalman 9500 for 200$.

I lowered the mult. on my e6400 to play around with the FSB settings, IIRC I got my OCZ Plat. Rev. 2 up to around 490mhz @ 2.3v 5-5-5-15.
