Just received these. Doing DDR2 1000 On Biostar Tforce 550 with 5400+ ..
I haven't tweaked the timings yet .. The default is supposed to be 4-5-4-15 .. I'm at 5-5-5-18, from my old stuff..

I got mine yesterday, too - installed and been running memtest since last night - I've received defective RAM one too many times to do anything else right out of the box.

~10 hours and all looks good
