Who is calling for genocide against muslims out of curiosity?

The guy I replied to:
https://forums.anandtech.com/thread...-roost-now-what.2486887/page-11#post-38481293

And bonus:
https://forums.anandtech.com/thread...t-attack-updated.2478667/page-9#post-38334418

Presumably someone all for killing muslims until muslim terrorism stops isn't far off from killing all blacks until black crime stops, or jews until jewish people stop whatever they're supposedly up to these day. This isn't merely supposition. The Alternative Right magazine, whose movement these folks subscribe to, is rather known for publishing the article "Is Black Genocide Right?". To be clear, that was largely a rhetorical question for them.

Also just fyi, this is the same guy accused of stealing someone else's vr tech to build his kickstarter, which is rather believable because he apparently has zero technical background. Rather fitting that the scam artists gotta support one another.

Source on this?

Zenimax's lawsuit. You can similarly verify his background online.

A quick Google is telling me that this mostly due to John Carmack writing/finding code while working for Zenimax, and taking it with him to Oculus. Whether or not that is even true (these kinds of lawsuits are incredibly common when billion dollar IP is involved), that doesn't really say much about this Palmer fellow stealing things, at least in the way you seem to be putting it.

/r/the_donald is a pretty good example of what an america with trumpsters in charge would look like. Outright bans any dissent, waffles between whether to be full on racist or only overtly so (and overtly mostly because of possible quarantine by reddit), and so on. Without reddit hq's threat overhead it'll basically be /pol/ except more trump focused.

Hilarious, people have long hinted that actually the donald is controlled opposition and the moderation has been infiltrated by srs. Sorry but you don't get to claim censorship when reddit as a platform is well known for rigging results, anything in the donald and other such subreddits and even just topics which are inconvenient to the leftist/sjw narrative are artificially suppressed, they aren't allowed to "trend" aka show up in the main reddits. Only one group, srs is allowed to brigade with wild abandon, and so its no surprisie they have to clean house to keep the shills and trolls at bay.

Underhanded suppression to outright censorship has been the hallmark of the left, its why you have the "no platforming" campaigns around. I mean seriously just look at this witch hunt against some Occulas guy, how dare he have the wrong opinions when countless hollywood/media/silicon valley lefty types have been throwing money at the democrats for decades.

There are only consequences if you support someone other than a democrat, this is the america you already made. It's incredible that you can't see it, but its no surprise because you are on the side who benefits from silencing others., to the point where you must rely on it. It's no surprise that outlet after outlet, led by the left wing closed their comment sections. Would be a shame if the people poked a hole in the narrative....the propaganda. And the few left who had comment sections, made sure they were moderated by a select clique of users who would inevitably create an echo chamber of "acceptable" opinion.

What specifically do you find offensive about "bank rolling trolling"?

I find it pretty low brow beyond that personally nothing. But really what underroos and his ilk want s a world where folks can bankroll whatever they want without fear of being called out on it. The guy can spend his money to bank roll this crap but that doesn't make him exempt from others disagreeing with his actions or writing stories about it.

Fair enough. Do you feel the same way about CorrectTheRecord? I should point out that it didn't start by correcting Trump's various slanders, but instead by going after the Sanders faction through social media.

Honestly I'm not all that familiar with CorrectTheRecord, but philosophically speaking either campaign would be foolish to not have a plan and organization in place to address BS as it comes up that is unfortunately the nature of politics these days. I long for a day of a significantly less FUD by either side. This cycle though I feel that Trump and his supporters are spreading significantly more FUD than the other side.

And people care because? how many others support Hillary without much of a peep from the media...so an entrepreneur supports Trump and used their time and effort to promote/advance his efforts...oh wait, its something that the left isn't ok with so now they will have to work to ruin his career and slander the guy, sorry carry on.

Here's a guy who doesn't have the basic know how to create much of a product, yet tells everyone he created enough vr tech to sell for 2 billion. Should raise a few eye brows for someone in your position.

The most plausible story is that carmack made whatever rig actually work using employer resources. Meanwhile iribe or such got wind of $$$ interest in this kind of VR, so they jumped ship with tech from the office to form the company which can then be acquired for said $$$. Of course to skirt the terms of their employment contract they had to change the story to luckey as the face of the company developing everything beforehand, which is rather untenable given he hardly has the prowess.

What is the basis that this guy had no technical background? Computer tech is an area where many of the greatest successes are seen among college dropouts.

Using the internet these days it's possible to look up someone's background & general technical abilities. You've alluded before that you had enough for such a task.
