We've learned her dad is the purchaser of the 2,583 square-foot house for Octo. It's located in La Habra, near where OctoGrandma lives now. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a large backyard. It's listed for $564,900. The buyer paid near asking price.

It's listed by Mike Patel of Prudential Realty in Anaheim Hills in the O.C. We're told the deal was just inked and it will close on Friday. Sources also say the "substantial down payment" came from money that OctoMom has been scoring over the last few weeks. As one source put it, "the money has been coming from all over the place -- $15,000 here, $25,000 there." We're told the seller is financing the deal.

We're told Octo will either move in over the weekend or early next week.

we should start a pool on when she goes into forclosure. 8 months? a year? 2 years?

seems her parents have yet to learn.

Make it stop! Make her go away!

Can't Joe the Plumber do something about this?

Damn, why isn't anyone giving me a house, or money, or anything like that? Oh wait, I didn't have two full litters of spawn.

depending on how much was put down, which I would bet was well over 50%, she will be able to pay it off in no time. People are donating money to her left and right. I wouldn't be shocked if the home was totally paid off close to when she moves in. She's crazy, but people are even more crazy to send her money. And worse comes to worse, Vivid video has offered her a million bucks to a porn. Assuming she hasn't already told them yes. One porn would easily pay for what wasn't paid on the down payment. For her to lose this house would be almost impossible.

Seems her pipes are very clean. A few tubes should probably get tied off, too.

i understand the donations. very few want to help her. but they don't want the kids to suffer. unfortunately to help them you have to help her.

They think they are doing it for the children. The sad / funny thing is that it would probably be better for the children to get taken by the DCFS.

Disagree. Smarter people than her win the lottery all the time and wind up broke. When the donations stop trickling in, she'll end up losing the house because she is irresponsible (to say the least).

It's like a fucking plague. Perhaps the government planted her on purpose to distract us from the big picture.

What's the problem? She decouples from welfare, due to her income and assets, this is a good thing.

Yeah, she can always take out a loan against the house down the road. But yeah, any TV exec that decided to air this woman's story should be shot.

yeah, with all the donations coming in, isn't she disqualified from welfare? or maybe she is funneling the money through her parents?

Don't worry... I have a feeling around April 15th of 2010 she's going to get a friendly letter from a particular government agency reminding her to pay taxes on all of these "donations", which will ultimately lead to more news such as foreclosure and tax evasion charges.

Doesn't she have a mortgage on her current home and is months behind in payment? Assuming she does still owe the bank for her current home, how the hell can she move into another one? This shows all the is wrong with America...
