It's a first instinct to say "get a job" but some people have never had to make a decision about whether it'd be worth it to hire a nanny or do daycare for their X kids while mom goes back to work. If that amount she's going to be making is going directly into daycare / hired help anyway (and with today's costs it can), it's absolutely pointless.

As for Suleman, I feel bad for her kids, but it is her fault for doing IVF even after having plenty of kids already. "I need money to take care of my kids!" - isn't that something you should've thought about before you went and paid more money to do this to yourself?
