This thread has nothing to do with P&N and thus is locked. To answer a question that appeared within the thread, there are two levels of ban - one allows users to still access their PMs. When a member is banned at that level, it doesn't say "banned" under their username. -Admin DrPizza

"Banned" keeps coming on and off under his avatar name. And the new threads he is posting keep getting taken off. Taking a while to get it sorted.
