OCsystem 18400+ 3dmarks?

OCsystems have an add that says that one of their computers can get 18400+ 3dmarks out of the box.
is that even possible? i mean how can that be? the most i have ever seen is 16000 some on some of your rigs
 
even so. Look at some of the people who have used prometia and vapochill cooling and 9700pros with p4 3.06p4 and gb mobos
they dont even get 18000 or if they do i just havent heard of it.

Everything OC'd to the max running w/ memory at 232mhz...isn't the highest 3dmark score like 21,000?

yeah its somewhere around 22k
