OCP - worth it and what books to study??

I was considering trying for the oracle certification. With version 9i about to be released soon, anyone know what the main differences would be? Should I wait till that is released? What books would you guys recommend for taking the Oracle tests? My experience is limited in databases.. I can do simple queries and understand the real basics, so I would want to get a strong understanding as well as learn more about tuning, tablespaces, etc. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance..

Actually, OCP is really the Omni Consumer Products Corporation, located in Detroit. They're responsible for the creation of Robocop (and countless other failures, like ED209). Not sure what books you could read, but you could always rent the movie Robocop (and the sequels).
