Only 6.4Ghz? Wasn't IB hitting over 7Ghz?
From the looks of it Haswell is a regression in OCing headroom with both air cooling and more extreme variants. Wonder if it's anything to do with integrated vrms.

They said they were having problems with voltage not going over 1.65, even though it was set higher. They don't know if its the bios, or cpu problem.
