multiplier is on 11.5 @ 133fsb now, you think it may be safe to change mx to 13.5?

Yes. I think your chip should handle an extra 266MHz or even higher at stock voltage unless you have a palomino core AXP.

If your 1800+ is a palomino, then you probably dont' have access to changing the multipliers. If you do, and nothing changes, then thats just the same. If you have a tbred, you probably can easily grab 2.0ghz in the end whether you up the multi, fsb, or both.
