I have a fx5700LE. Ive never overclocked a video card before, and I want to know what I can get away with stably, but maximun performance. (for the engine clock and the memory clock)
 
For you, I'd download CoolBits and then once you install it simply AutoDetect in the Nvidia control panel so it will automatically adjust to a safe setting.
