oc'ing with dual video cards

right now i am experimenting with overclocking, and i am using coolbits and powerstrip 3.6... and i was curious if my overclocking was being applied to both cards... i know that none of you can see it for me, but if anyone knows, or knows of a program that would show me, it would be much appreciated.. (the cards are evga 6800 ultras 425/1131)
