Ocing the Radeon 9100?

I use PowerStrip. It supports a wide variety of NV hardware. Google search to find most recent version.

It'll allow you to up the Engine and Memory clocks, change timings, etc.
 
I had two 9100 128MB cards, and they were both bios locked! My solution was to extract the original bios and use Radedit to overclock them. It was a long process, I had to flash each about 10 times to find the max stable speeds, but it worked.
