I was checking out the 700mhz cb0 rage and I was curious whether or not anyone here had any positive experiences with the oc'ing of a 750mhz processor.

Would there be any benefits? or am I just blowing that extra 30-40 bucks into the fiery furnace that is my computer... :p

Well, you have better chances of getting a 700 at 133Mhz FSB (933Mhz) than getting a 750 at 133 (997Mhz ?). It's the core's handle on such high frequencies. Much like how the old Celeron/Mendocino core capped off somewhere around 600Mhz. Around the Ghz is the cap off for the .18 fab CuMines. If Intel didn't multiplier lock the CuMines, it wouldn't matter which Coppermine you got, they'd almost all be identical :)
