OCing ram not reaching DDR400

I'm OCing system in my sig. I have the HTT @250 with a multiplier of 10 giving me cpu speed of 2.5 GHz. I cannot get my ram to run at DDR400 speeds, I think. WHen I run CPU-Z it shows the speed as 208 MHz, but during POST it says the ram is running at DDR333. Is it detecting the ram incorrectly?

When I reset the system to stock the POST shows the ram running at DDR400. I tried loosening the timings and upping the voltage. Here is a link for the ram...

Your ram is running at the correct speed. It's showing 333mhz DDR at post, because thats the divider you are using. With that divider and your FSB set to 250mhz, it would have your ram running at 208mhz..((333/400) *250)
