i just got a new hsf and it brought down my temps to below 40c at full load, i also installed two new case fans, now heres my problem, before the new stuff i was able to oc my tbird 800 to 960 stable with standard voltage, but now with the upped voltage to 1.85 and the new cooling i can't past 900, any suggestions to what the problem might be
thanks

not like anyone cares, but i tried to lower the multiplier to 7 on the chip itself, since my motherboard doesn't have multiplier or voltage settings, and my computer wouldn't boot at all, any ideas of what i can do?

Need more data like what mobo you using and how exactly are you adjusting the multiplier manually? L1 connections? or mobo jumpers?
