OCing P4 1.7

I got my 1.7 to 1.91 but when i used the 3dmark2k1 benchmark test, the score was worse... games also began to freeze, should i try upping the voltage?

(3dmark was probably slower due to your memory ratio dropping from 3:4 down to 1:1)
