does anyone know the overclocking potential of this chip on an CUSL2? I'm thinking about getting one..LMK your opinions please!! thanks!!

If you do not have RAM that can stand speeds over 133MHz, then you can run the RAM asynchronously...

Anyway, overclocking options are rather limited and you should be able to reasonably reach 825MHz (5.5 x 150) without too much trouble.

I think you'd be better off with an "E" series P3 instead of an "EB" for overclocking. The "EB" are 133MHZ bus instead of 100 MHZ. If you get an "E" you can run it at 133MHZ FSB to overclock it. I'd go for an 800E.
