ocing new rig

i am new to overclocking and want to get my rig overclocked. here it is

intel core 2 duo e6600 processor
asus p5w dh mobo
2 gig OCZ platinum ddr2 800 ram 4-5-4-15
kingston 600watt power supply
HIS x1900xt video card
dual 250gig sata2 16mg cache western digital caviar hard disks in raid 0
dvd burner w/ lightscribe

ive attempted to oc it but can get it to be stable enough to game on. any help will be appreciated.

awesome link. Will try that out on my new system when i order in 2 weeks 🙂 I wonder why P5B asus vanilla is not recommended. The p5b-e (same as p5b with extra features) got above 500FSB on Anandtech's latest review (C1 vs. C2 stepping).
