I have a Asrock K7S41GX, when i change the FSB value, all the other values should stay the same right? AGP, PCI. I am not sure i have a PCI/AGP lock...
I've never owned any Asrock products, but I do know that between Via and nVidia chip sets, for the Socket A, nVidia automatically includes locking of the PCI/AGP. It's one reason I chose NF2 MB's starting after getting into AMD cpu's in 2001, with Via at first. I don't really do a lot of OC, just like having that option if I want it.
I can up the Vcore up to 6% in the BIOS, right now its upped by 3%. It would be at 1.888v when at 6%, i dont know how the BIOS gets that info...Is that safe at all on air cooling?
Idle/load temps are 42/50
edit: booted into windows at 1.888 vcore @ 1.667mhz but failed prime in 2 minutes...backed it down to 1610mhz at 1.808 vcore...
edit2: failed prime again...put it back to 1549mhz@1.728v...running torture test now
