OC'ing Mobility 9700 with ATI tool

I am using ATI Tool 0.0.22 to find the max mem and mac core speeds. So far - from a default 444.6 core - it sems to be getting to 515.25 as the max without artifact errors.

would this be about right and is ATI Tools reliable for this? This is a 9700 with 4 pipelines and 128 Mb ram
 
did he test it overnight at all? I was at 515.25 for an hour - then it did a test and deteted and artifact - so now I am back to 513.0 I did make sure to set the oc limits
